THE NETWORK ARCHITECT ROLE:

You'll be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, and data centre environments. This is a hands-on architecture role, covering the full lifecycle from high-level design through to implementation and migration.

You'll work across multi-vendor environments, supporting technologies such as Cisco and Juniper networking, SD-WAN, network security, and data centre infrastructure. The role will involve close collaboration with engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

Alongside design responsibilities, you'll play a key role in technical decision-making, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving best practice across network architecture and security.

NETWORK ARCHITECT ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Strong experience in network architecture or senior network engineering roles
    * Proven background designing enterprise LAN/WAN environments
    * Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking technologies
    * Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
    * Experience with SD-WAN solutions and modern WAN architectures
    * Solid understanding of network security, including firewalls and segmentation
    * Experience working with data centre technologies (Nexus, VXLAN, etc.)
    * Ability to produce HLD/LLD documentation
    * Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments
    * Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
