This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to get involved in the early stages of strategic data projects and deliver robust data solutions. You must have experience working with Snowflake for this role.

The company is a well-known retailer with hundreds of shops across the UK, France and the USA. They have built a strong reputation over the years, and they are currently evolving from a traditional retailer into a customer-centric, digitally driven business. Now is the perfect time to join them on this exciting journey as they look to drive forward innovation through meaningful data insights.

As a Data Engineer you will join a newly established team as the embark on new business improvement projects. You will build scalable and reliable data pipelines to power analytics, reporting, and strategic decision making. As a Data Engineer you will have the opportunity to utilise cutting edge data tools to design and implement robust data solutions.

Required Skills/Experience:

At least 2 years' experience working with Snowflake
At least 2 years’ experience working with Azure, AWS, or GCP Data tools
MS SQL expertise (querying, transforming, and managing datasets)
Python competency
Proficient in version control tools (ideally Git)
Agile environment experienceDesirable Skills/Experience:

Experience in the retail industry
