About the Role:

The Corporate Sales Enablement Lead – Europe is responsible for fostering a culture of learning and growth across our European sales teams at CrowdStrike. While driving regional consistency in execution, the successful candidate will lean on their own sales experience to deliver coaching, mentoring, and enablement that develops leadership capabilities and drives productivity through best use of sales tools, skills, techniques, and methodologies.

This role will report to the Director of Sales Enablement (Corporate) and will be remote, based in either London/Reading, UK or Barcelona, Spain.

What You'll Do:

Provide coaching and mentoring that incorporates sales strategy, process and proven sales methodology

  • Coach sales leaders to diagnose business challenges and design targeted enablement solutions.

  • Build credibility as an experienced sales coach, mentoring leaders on sales process, sales methodology, and MEDDPICC qualification frameworks.

  • Spend the majority of your time partnering with sales leaders to drive scale and consistency across the business.

  • Facilitate one-to-one and group coaching virtually or in-person to strengthen sales techniques and identify areas of improvement.

Lead enablement programs to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and ramp time

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with RVPs, Directors, and frontline leaders; regularly communicate program results, ROI, and recommendations to drive adoption and accountability.

  • Learn and deliver global programs consistently at the regional level.

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis with RVPs, Directors, and frontline leaders to identify capability gaps and business priorities.

  • Collaborate and align cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Revenue Enablement, and GTM teams to ensure enablement strategy supports broader organizational objectives.

  • Establish and monitor key metrics to measure enablement program effectiveness and impact on sales productivity (e.g., ramp time, deal velocity, win rates, seller readiness).

  • Use data to iterate and optimize programs quarterly.

  • Transform sales mindsets and skill sets through a combination of onboarding, ever-boarding and other enablement programs.

  • Assist in content creation and drive consumption/utilization of training.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales or sales leadership – preferably in complex selling environments.

  • Demonstrated experience coaching sales leaders and diagnosing business challenges to drive organizational improvement.

  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC – able to coach leaders and sellers using this methodology.

  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; experienced in communicating with business and technical personas at all levels.

  • Ability to align and influence others, establish direction, achieve consensus, and execute.

  • Effective time manager with superb organizational and project management skills.

  • Willing and able to travel internationally, when necessary and safe, to facilitate training programs and support regional teams.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with designing and implementing a Sales Methodology.

  • Facilitation and ability to train and present to a room of sales leaders and sellers.

  • Multi-lingual capabilities (e.g., English/Spanish, English/French, English/German, English/Italian).

  • SFDC/Clari familiarity; ability to define sales content to relevant sales stages and activities.

  • Experience using cutting-edge enablement platforms with mobile learning, experiential learning, gamification, and robust tracking and reporting features.

  • Experience building enablement programs across multiple European markets or in complex, geographically distributed sales organizations.

Location:

Remote, based in London/Reading, UK or Barcelona, Spain. Willingness to travel to support regional initiatives and build relationships with teams in-office and across Europe.
