  • Learn and deliver global programs consistently at the regional level.

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis with RVPs, Directors, and frontline leaders to identify capability gaps and business priorities.

  • Collaborate and align cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Revenue Enablement, and GTM teams to ensure enablement strategy supports broader organizational objectives.

  • Establish and monitor key metrics to measure enablement program effectiveness and impact on sales productivity (e.g., ramp time, deal velocity, win rates, seller readiness).

  • Use data to iterate and optimize programs quarterly.

  • Transform sales mindsets and skill sets through a combination of onboarding, ever-boarding and other enablement programs.

  • Assist in content creation and drive consumption/utilization of training.

What You'll Need:

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales or sales leadership – preferably in complex selling environments.

  • Demonstrated experience coaching sales leaders and diagnosing business challenges to drive organizational improvement.

  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; experienced in communicating with business and technical personas at all levels.

  • Ability to align and influence others, establish direction, achieve consensus, and execute.
