An innovative technology consultancy is seeking an experiencedAmazon Connect Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-based contact centre solutions. The organisation specialises in leveraging modern technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to help businesses optimise operations and enhance customer engagement.

Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid – Manchester / Sheffield / London or Remote Flexibility)

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-endAmazon Connect and cloud-based contact centre architectures
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and streamline processes
  • Provide consulting expertise, engaging directly with stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices in security, performance, and cost optimisation
  • Support the adoption of AI and automation technologies within contact centre environments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and delivery methodologies

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience inSolutions Architecture and system design
  • Strong hands-on experience withAmazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Direct experience withAmazon Connect or contact centre platforms
  • Background in consulting and delivering tailored client solutions
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and integration patterns
  • Experience designing and optimising business processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge business and technical needs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
