Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Bridgwater, J24
Salary: £26,500
Hours: 38.75 hours per week | 08:30 – 17:30 (including 1.25 hours of breaks)

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a clean, modern warehouse, working alongside a friendly and supportive team? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our growing organisation. As a well-established B Corp certified business, we take pride in our strong values and commitment to quality and sustainability. If you enjoy taking initiative, working independently, and being part of a small but dynamic team - this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and accurately checking customer orders
Quality checking of inbound goods (containers and truck deliveries)
General housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean and organised
Assisting with unloading/loading of containers and incoming stock
Operating VNA and counterbalance forklifts (training provided if needed)

Strong work ethic with a proactive, hands-on attitude
Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail, particularly when processing orders
A genuine team player with respectful, positive communication skills
Willingness to support colleagues across varied tasks and working styles
