Were working with a successful and growing company in Altrincham to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative. If youve got at least two years of warehouse experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team that values dedication, reliability, and long-term progression. As a Warehouse Operative, youll play a key part in the smooth running of a busy operation.

What will you be doing as a Warehouse Operative?

Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care
Unloading containers and managing incoming deliveries
Replenishing stock and keeping warehouse areas tidy and organised
Taking part in regular stock takes and inventory control
Palletising goods and preparing items for dispatchWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

This role would suit someone who has worked as a Warehouse Assistant, Stores Operative, Picker/Packer, or Goods In Operative.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse or similar setting
Strong attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong team ethic
FLT experience is advantageous but not essential full training and licence funded at Level 2What will you get in return for your work as a Warehouse Operative?

Starting salary of £25,570 at Level 1 - And opportunity for bonuses!
Opportunity to progress to Level 2 with fully funded FLT licence and training

Working Hours

June to August
Monday to Friday, 7:50am to 4:30pm
Paid breaks: 15 minutes at 10:00am and 3:00pm
Unpaid lunch: 30 minutes at 12:00pm
September to May
Monday to Friday, 7:50am to 5:00pm
Paid breaks: 15 minutes at 10:00am and 3:00pm
Unpaid lunch: 50 minutes at 12:00pm
