At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for warehouse operatives to work with a leading retailer in the Barton-Under-Needwood area. You will be provided with full training by our client enabling you to work across a variety of departments. We have a friendly onsite team to assist you in your role and we provide some excellent benefits such as a staff shop offering up to 65% discount and a canteen.

Shift Patterns:

06:50-14:50 / 14:50-22:50 Rotating Shifts
06:50-14:50 - Fixed AM shift
14:50-22:50 - Fixed PM shiftPay Rates

12.21 £ basic pay / £15.26 overtime - AM shift
£12.55. basic pay / £15.69 overtime - Rotating shift
£13.00 basic pay / £16.25 overtime - PM shift only ** You will receive an increase after 12 weeks **

As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work across both the morning and afternoon shift
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Reliability and dependability

Role of a Warehouse Operative:

Order picking products for Argos
Packing products and orders to be sent to stores
Receiving and sorting returned stock
Loading and unloading containers
