Senior Salesforce Administrator required. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our in-house Salesforce team, working alongside another Admin and our Managed Service Partner (MSP). This is a hands-on role, delivering high-quality BAU support and platform enhancements, aligned to the priorities set by the Salesforce Product Council. You’ll be confident with complex automation, data stewardship, and light development, as well as capable of gathering requirements, testing solutions, and delivering in a multi-region environment.

Platform Administration & Configuration

  • Manage BAU, resolve tickets, and deliver enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement/Marketing Cloud.

  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, layouts, reports, dashboards, and apps.

  • Configure approval processes, validation rules, formulas, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and FLS.

  • Manage user access and navigation settings via MS Entra.

    Automation & Development

  • Design and optimise Flows, Lightning Web Components, and simple Apex actions.

  • Maintain email templates, letterheads, and outbound messages for automation and integrations.

    Required Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory).

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a medium-to-large user environment.

  • Strong skills in Flow design, sub-flows, and automation best practice.

  • Hands-on LWC development for small-scale components.

  • Ability to build simple Apex invocable actions.

  • Proficient in data management (Data Loader, data quality, deduplication, enrichment).

  • Familiarity with Conga Composer and D&B Connect & Hoovers integrations.

  • Experience using Azure DevOps for work tracking and collaborating within CI/CD processes.

  • Understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchies).

  • Account Engagement Specialist certification

  • Exposure to Experience Cloud and Data Cloud

  • Knowledge of Service Cloud capabilities (Omni-Channel, SLAs & Milestones, Knowledge, Digital Engagement)

  • Experience with metadata-driven and source driven deployment models
