We are working with a fantastic brand in Cheltenham that are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer ideally with some UX/UI skills to join their team.

The Senior Salesforce Developer is a key member of an Agile Sprint team, helping to deliver high-quality digital products across the company’s ecosystem.

Your main focus will be Salesforce Commerce Cloud front-end delivery, creating scalable and engaging customer experiences.

You will also contribute to backend services and internal tools, including bespoke Product Information Management (PIM) system built with Angular/JHipster, and work with AWS serverless services as part of the wider digital estate.

Working closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders you will help deliver seamless customer journeys, gaining exposure to a range of modern technologies and practices.

This role would suit someone already at a Senior level that wants to work for a major brand putting their mark on things or a skilled Salesforce Developer looking to take the next step in their career.

Skills and experience needed;

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), particularly in front-end delivery UX/UI and Business Manager administration.

  • Strong communication skills, able to work with business stakeholders to support configurable and personalised customer experiences.

  • Familiar with A/B testing and using data to improve UX and conversion.

  • Knowledgeable in modern web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.

  • Comfortable writing testable, well-structured code and eager to learn best practices.

  • Able to collaborate effectively in Agile teams, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

  • Familiar with AWS cloud services and open to developing skills in serverless patterns.

  • Motivated by continuous learning, teamwork, and delivering great digital experiences for customers.

    This role does require hybrid working ideally 3 days a week onsite with flexibility around the days & working hours
