Leveraging your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and Administrator certifications (2+ years) to drive scalable solutions.

Integrating Marketing Cloud with MuleSoft, Financial Force, and other systems across Salesforce and non-Salesforce platforms.

Overseeing environment management and governance to ensure seamless deployments across CI/CD initiatives.

Acting as a Salesforce subject matter expert - guiding upgrades, transitions, and new feature rollouts.

Playing a crucial role in service support, license management, and platform configuration.

Providing mentorship to junior team members and helping shape a collaborative team culture.

Championing best practices in Jira, GitHub/Gitlab, and change management processes.

✅ What We're Looking For

Proven success in Salesforce Marketing Cloud roles (Developer & Admin) with up-to-date certifications.

Strong experience with MuleSoft, Financial Force, and Salesforce integration tools.

Hands-on experience with ticket and environment management, service transition, and Salesforce release cycles.

Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Experience in managing users, licenses, and delivering first-line support.

Proactive approach to continuous improvement and mentoring.
