Role: Salesforce Functional Consultant – CPQ Focus
Location: London – Hybrid (2–3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits Package

HD-TECH are exclusively supporting a rapidly expanding digital consultancy that has built a strong reputation for delivering sophisticated Salesforce solutions across both domestic and international markets. With an impressive track record of end-to-end Salesforce rollouts, they are now looking to bring on board a talented Salesforce Functional Consultant with hands-on CPQ project experience to join a major greenfield transformation for a high-profile client.

This consultancy is known for delivering multi-cloud implementations across a range of sectors and is frequently among the early adopters of emerging Salesforce innovations—including cutting-edge AI and automation tools.

The business has seen outstanding success over the past year, delivering several major implementations and earning industry recognition for customer satisfaction and solution excellence. As a result, they are scaling again and looking for experts to help lead from the front.

In this role, you will:



Be part of a collaborative UK-based delivery team, engaging in full lifecycle Salesforce projects

Work directly with enterprise clients, gathering requirements and leading on CPQ configurations

*

Gain mentorship from some of the most accomplished Salesforce minds in the ecosystem—ranging from Solution Architects to Executive-level leaders

*

Follow a defined progression pathway, with real opportunities to step into senior roles within 12 months

*

Enjoy dedicated development time, company-funded certifications, and personal L&D support

What they’re looking for:

Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a strong track record on CPQ projects

*

Experience across core Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Service)

*

A background in consulting or client-facing environments (preferred)

*

Strong configuration skills including automations and flows

*

Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with business stakeholders

*

Right to work in the UK

*

Minimum 2x Salesforce Certifications (CPQ cert desirable)
