We are recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join a thriving Managed Service Provider, offering the chance to support and manage a range of technical projects, including new client onboardings, Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud implementations.

You will work closely with experienced Project Managers, technical engineers and clients, helping ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is an ideal step up for a Project Coordinator or Junior PM with previous MSP experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting and delivering end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (cloud migrations, onboarding)

  • Maintaining and updating the project master list, timelines and Gantt charts

  • Coordinating resources and ensuring engineer utilisation

  • Chasing updates and maintaining accurate project status reports

  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring great communication throughout the project lifecycle

  • Identifying project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where needed

  • Supporting documentation and handover processes for completed projects

    What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in an MSP or IT services environment – essential

  • Some experience delivering or supporting technical projects (cloud, M365 etc.)

  • Strong organisational and planning skills

  • Confident chasing updates and keeping project plans on track

  • Familiarity with project reporting tools (Gantt charts, timelines, highlight reports)

  • Prince2, AgilePM or similar certification (or working towards)

  • Comfortable communicating with engineers and clients alike

  • A methodical, proactive and "completer-finisher" mindset
