Job Title: Delivery Manager
Location: Warwick or Wokingham
Remuneration: Up to £600/day
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with the Strategy & Policy directorate to drive the delivery of Digital Products, Solutions, and Services.
Develop and execute a Digital, Data, and Technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Manage end-to-end Agile DevSecOps delivery processes for assigned products and programmes.
Champion modern engineering practises and continuously explore automation opportunities for improved delivery pace, quality, and reliability.
Collaborate with a diverse network of professionals to enhance value generation and ensure seamless service delivery.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to support business readiness and change plans.

Key Accountabilities:

Partner with stakeholders to assess and translate business needs into actionable digital strategies.
Oversee timelines, resources, risks, issues, and quality standards throughout the delivery process.
Promote a culture of innovation and excellence while adhering to best practises and coding standards.

Professional Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
In-depth technical knowledge of modern software engineering principles, including DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Azure, and their applications in a digital landscape.
Ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable digital solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.
Leadership skills to inspire and coordinate multidisciplinary teams through complex projects.
