Junior Application Support Engineer- International Business - Remote - UK Wide - 32-36k

Join our international client who are looking for an Application Support Engineer. An ideal role for tech enthusiasts eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, tech centric environment.

Main Focus

Support, configure, and maintain our cutting-edge Linux and Windows server environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across test and production systems.
Keep systems secure and up-to-date using the latest tools and best practices.
Deliver outstanding support to internal users and external clients.
Rotation includes shifts and on-call duties after training-no two weeks are ever the same.Essential Skills

Solid Unix/Linux skills
Experience with Bash, SQL, PHP
Comfortable with Apache/Nginx, load balancers (HAProxy), and monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus)
Knowledge of log management (Graylog, Elasticsearch)
Familiar with Ansible and Gitlab CI/CD
Experience using Git/SVNWhat Sets You Apart
