We are working with a leading organisation looking for a Test Lead to take ownership of QA strategy, automation, and delivery across a range of business-critical platforms.

Key details:

  • Salary: £75,000 – £85,000
  • Location: Liverpool Street / Moorgate (3 days onsite)
  • Senior leadership role within a well-established technology function

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end QA lifecycle across multiple projects
  • Own automation strategy, particularly within Playwright (C#)

  • Drive AI-enabled testing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business teams
  • Implement and optimise testing within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

  • Strong QA leadership experience (5–7+ years, including leadership)
