- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider.
- Experience leading, managing or developing other engineers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Experience delivering infrastructure or migration projects.
- Good knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V.
- An understanding of networking, firewalls, backup and disaster recovery.
- The confidence to take ownership of major incidents and customer escalations.
- Strong organisation and customer communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to participate in a paid out-of-hours rota, up to one week per month.
Experience with Atera, Hudu, Microsoft certifications, VMware certifications, CompTIA or Cyber Essentials would be beneficial but isn't essential.
Why consider it?This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a technical support function while remaining hands-on with infrastructure, cloud and migration projects.
