Solutions Architect – Digital Transformation

£75,000 to £105,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (Manchester preferred)

You know how to make technology make sense.
You cut through complexity, design systems that work, and stay close enough to delivery to see them succeed.

We’re looking for Solutions Architects who combine clear thinking with solid engineering awareness — people who understand that good architecture isn’t about documentation, it’s about joining the dots between strategy and execution.

You’ll work on major transformation programmes that change how organisations run, from large-scale digital platforms to cloud modernisation and integration projects. The work is varied, challenging, and genuinely visible.

What you’ll be doing

Designing end-to-end solutions, from concept to implementation.

*

Creating architecture artefacts that guide delivery rather than slow it down.

*

Leading RFPs and vendor assessments with technical and commercial balance.

*

Working with engineering leads to ensure what’s designed gets built as intended.

*

Engaging with senior stakeholders and translating complex technical reasoning into clear business value.

*

Applying structured methods (TOGAF or equivalent) with pragmatism.

What you’ll bring

*

Strong experience designing complex, multi-system digital or cloud solutions.

*

Sound judgement across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains.

*

Experience in digital, ERP, or integration programmes is useful but not essential.

*

Enough coding literacy to understand how systems are built and integrated.

*

Breadth across modern stacks: cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP), APIs, integration, CI/CD, and security.

*

Background in consulting or client-facing delivery.

*

UK citizenship and eligibility for SC clearance.

Why it’s worth your time

You’ll be part of a consultancy that values clarity over noise and delivery over talk.
This is architecture for people who like reasoning through complex systems, working alongside engineers who care about quality, and seeing their designs come to life.

You’ll get to influence major programmes, shape technology direction, and work with clients who expect and respect good thinking.

If that sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you
