Salary: Up to£65,000 + benefits
Location: London Victoria (2 days per week onsite)

We are seeking a Service Management Lead to join a growing technology consultancy delivering complex digital, cloud, and integration services across enterprise environments.
This role will lead service delivery and security operations, ensuring high levels of performance, governance, and customer satisfaction across critical systems and services. You will manage and support technical teams, oversee incident and change management processes, and act as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience inService Delivery / Service Management environments
• Good understanding ofITIL practices, particularly Incident and Change Management
• Experience withITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Knowledge ofcloud technologies, ideally AWS
• Exposure toDevOps tooling and CI/CD environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams
