About the Role

I am hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Ruby on Rails experience to join a remote-first, innovation-driven tech company. You'll work on impactful products using modern technologies like Ruby, TypeScript, AWS, and MySQL - all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance and continuous learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and TypeScript
Design scalable, secure backend systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
Optimise performance and troubleshoot issues
Manage MySQL databases and deploy applications on AWSRequirements

4+ years of full-stack development experience
Proficiency in Ruby, TypeScript, MySQL, and AWS
Familiarity with Ubuntu, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setupDesirable Skills

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
