Experienced IT Recruitment Consultants – Multiple Opportunities (London & Hybrid)

Location: Central London & Hybrid options

Salary: £27,000 – £50,000+ (Base) + Uncapped commission

These businesses are currently scaling due to market performance this year and are looking for experienced recruiters - from Consultant to Team Lead and Principal level - to join their specialist divisions.

Whether you are looking for a AI specialist firm, a global ERP powerhouse with 25 years of stability, or a high-growth Tech & Transformation boutique, we have multiple warm desks available across Perm, Contract, Retained, and Embedded solutions.

The Markets & Opportunities

We are looking for recruiters with experience (or a strong interest) in the following high-performing niches across UK, EU, and US markets:

AI & Data Science: Join a market-leading team focusing on the US market, dealing with high-value fees ($90k+) and cutting-edge Machine Learning roles.

Cyber Security: Lead or grow a desk with existing frameworks in place (G-Cloud) and exclusive access to the Ex-Military Careers Community.

Oracle & ERP: Work within a Gold Oracle Partner environment, supplying global consultancies on long-term, high-value contracts.

Cloud, DevOps & GTM: Growth roles available for those specialising in Infrastructure, Data, or Sales Tech.

German markets: Specific opportunities exist for German-speaking recruiters to lead DACH expansion.
