I'm currently partnering with an established and growing integrated marketing agency to recruit aPrincipal Solutions Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that combines strategy, creativity, technology, data, and digital expertise to deliver transformational solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the design and delivery of complex, multi-platform solutions across digital, data, marketing, and customer experience environments.

Defining solution architecture, integration strategies, and engineering best practices.

Driving the adoption of scalable, secure, and reusable solution frameworks.

Working closely with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Providing technical leadership across cloud platforms, APIs, data integrations, automation, and emerging technologies.

Supporting business growth through technical consultancy, solution design, and client presentations.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams including strategy, digital, creative, development, and data specialists.

Mentoring engineers and technical teams while helping shape the organisation's technology roadmap.

Principal Solutions Engineer required skills:

Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions.

Strong expertise in solution architecture, systems integration, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices.

Experience working across multiple platforms, applications, and data ecosystems.

Strong understanding of API-led architecture, automation, and scalable technology solutions.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex technical discussions.

Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience establishing technical standards, frameworks, and governance practices.

Principal Solutions Engineer Desirable skills:

Experience within a marketing agency, consultancy, digital services, or technology-led organisation.

Knowledge of marketing technology, customer experience platforms, CRM, analytics, or customer data ecosystems.

Exposure to AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies.

Experience supporting business development, proposals, and client-facing solution consulting.
