Platform Engineer

We're looking for a Platform Engineering Lead to help shape and elevate our internal developer experience across our hybrid cloud ecosystem. In this role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, developers, and global engineering teams to build tools, platforms, and processes that make software delivery faster, easier, and more consistent.

You'll use your strong development background, cloud expertise, and automation skills to improve our internal platforms, enhance developer journeys, and enable teams to deploy with confidence. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, driving platform adoption, and creating streamlined, scalable engineering environments, this role is for you.

What you'll bring
Strong software development foundation with a passion for improving developer workflows.
Expertise in cloud/hybrid infrastructure, IaC, automation, and software‑defined technologies.
Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines and self‑service platform capabilities.
Broad knowledge of middleware, integration platforms, and enterprise-scale infrastructure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
