What you'll do

Analyse business scenarios and performance requirements
Design and execute performance test scripts, workload models, and monitoring metrics
Identify bottlenecks and recommend performance tuning improvements
Deliver detailed test reports and actionable insights
Champion best practices and testing strategies within a global teamWhat you'll bring

10+ years' experience in performance testing, software R&D, or systems engineering
Strong experience with tools such as K6, LoadRunner, JMeter
In-depth knowledge of databases, cloud-based web architectures, and automation
Practical skills in C#, Web API testing, Azure and modern test methodologies
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data analysis skillsDesirable extras

Exposure to Elasticsearch/Kibana, JavaScript, Git, Azure DevOps
Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
Experience with security or performance non-functional testing
Familiarity with Power BI, reporting tools, and advanced data analysisLocation: Eastleigh, Southampton. Hampshire. Hybrid. 2 days onsite.
