What You'll Be Doing
Leading a team of telephony specialists, providing technical direction, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement.
Designing, developing, and integrating enterprise-grade voice solutions that are scalable, resilient, and secure.
Driving automation and orchestration across voice network processes to improve efficiency and agility.
Acting as a technical authority, ensuring solutions align with industry best practice and long-term strategy.
Shaping the roadmap for enterprise telephony platforms while managing technical debt and production health.
Preparing people, processes, and platforms for the future through DevOps, Agile practices, and technology modernisation.
What We're Looking For
Experience with large-scale telephony platforms and voice solutions, ideally with exposure to Avaya, Genesys, Verint, and RingCentral.
Proven track record of leading engineering teams, balancing service stability with transformation.
Strong background in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with knowledge of tools such as Python, Jenkins, Harness, Ansible, Terraform, Docker.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience building roadmaps, addressing technical debt, and aligning team capabilities to future architecture.
A proactive mindset for solving technical challenges and proving innovative solutions at enterprise scale.
