Interim Dynamics 365 CE Consultant - Remote - £500 per day - 6 Months

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join a key client on an initial 6-month contract, working fully remotely.

This role is suited to a hands-on functional consultant with strong experience across Customer Service, Field Service, and the Power Platform, capable of leading discovery, shaping solutions, and delivering high-quality CRM implementations in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions

Configure and deliver solutions across Customer Service and/or Field Service modules (cases, SLAs, queues, work orders, scheduling)

Design and implement Dataverse models, security roles, and business process flows

Build and optimise Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Model-driven / Canvas Apps)

Support end-to-end delivery including configuration, UAT, and stakeholder engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement

Key Experience Required:

Proven track record delivering Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service / Field Service) solutions

Strong functional expertise across Dataverse, workflows, automation, and integrations

Experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Azure DevOps)

Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and lead workshops

Exposure to Customer Insights / Marketing is highly desirable

Microsoft certifications (CE / Power Platform) are a plus
