We’re looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join a growing team in Cambridge. In this role, you’ll take ownership of automating deployments, managing Linux environments, and driving improvements across our infrastructure. If you’re passionate about building scalable, secure systems and streamlining operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
Managing and maintaining Docker and Kubernetes for deployment, scaling, and application management.
Leveraging cloud platforms to enhance performance, reliability, and redundancy.
Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions) for seamless application delivery.
Working closely with developers to coordinate code releases and improve workflows.
Automating SQL database administration and monitoring services.
Documenting and improving processes to ensure systems remain efficient and secure.
Troubleshooting and optimising Linux servers with a focus on performance and reliability.What we’re looking for
Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in a cloud environment.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows.
Solid knowledge of Linux system administration, scripting (Python, Shell), and automation.
Experience designing and implementing scalable, on-demand systems.
Familiarity with SQL database administration and performance monitoring.

The offer
Salary up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
