Business Analyst

We're looking for a strong, adaptable Business Analyst to help shape smart, data-driven solutions. You'll gather and translate complex requirements into clear specs, ensuring delivery aligns with both customer needs and strategic goals.

You’ll bridge the gap between business, tech, and stakeholders—making sure everyone’s on the same page. From documenting software requirements to supporting solution design, you’ll play a key role in driving value across products and projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Gather and document detailed, clear, and actionable requirements

  • Translate business and industry needs into effective solutions

  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritise and communicate changes

  • Support teams across design, testing, and delivery phases

  • Contribute to improving BA practices and tools

    What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong experience in requirements capture & documentation

  • Skilled in Agile, user stories, and using tools like Azure DevOps

  • Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Experience working across multiple projects
