Azure Infrastructure Lead – UK Remote / Monthly visits to Yorkshire
£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits

This successful company with £50m+ yearly turnover is on the market for an Azure Infrastructure Lead to join their established IT team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Lead, you will architect, implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

This Azure Infrastructure Lead role will manage an established team of Azure Engineers, working with the leadership team to maintain and support all infrastructure to a high standard. You will oversee project management for infrastructure projects and ensure the efficiency and quality of all infrastructure services.

The role will be primarily remote, with the expectation of at least once per month in Leeds.

  1. 35-hour work week
  2. Up to 20% bonus

Desired technical skills:
  • Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and hybrid connectivity (e.g., VPN, Azure Arc).
  • Proven managerial / team leadership experience
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
  • Cyber Security
  • Networking
  • PowerShell, Microsoft technologies, Copilot, Windows Server, Backups
  • Relevant Azure / Infrastructure certifications are highly desirable
