2nd Line Support Engineer

A growing independent MSP supporting SMEs across London and the South East is looking for a 2 Line Support Engineer to resolve complex technical issues, deliver Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects. You'll join a flat, technically led business where engineers collaborate, share knowledge, and work on far more than service desk tickets. Alongside troubleshooting, you'll gain hands-on experience with projects, cloud, networking, automation, and infrastructure.

You will -

• Resolve Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and endpoint issues.
• Deliver M365 migrations, Intune deployments, and infrastructure projects.
• Support Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and hybrid environments.
• Improve automation, documentation, and service quality.
• Have 3+ years' IT support experience (MSP preferred).
• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, Cloud and networking skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and a desire to develop technically.
