Abatec Recruitment – Now Hiring: x5 Warehouse Operatives

Must obtain a full UK driving licence!

Abatec is actively recruiting Warehouse / Goods In Operatives to join our client's team based in Portbury Docks Industrial Estate (Bristol BS20). This is a fantastic opportunity with full training provided, immediate start, and long-term and steady employment potential for right candidates.

No previous experience required, however right attitude toward work and commitment is essential to be successful in this role. There's fair amount of manual handling involved with offloading, sorting and palletising goods. Good communication skills is essential for this role.

Due to the location and shift times, candidates will require their own transport.

  • Monday to Friday

  • 6 am – 2 pm and 2 pm – 10 pm (Rotating Shift)

  • No weekends work

  • Weekly Pay

  • Progression and upskilling opportunities

    Your duties will include:

  • Loading and offloading trailers and shipping containers

  • Efficiently picking and packing orders using hand-held scanners

  • Safely moving and organizing stock throughout the warehouse

  • Pallet wrapping, loading, and unloading

  • Operating warehouse machinery (PPT/LLOP/Forklift)

  • Conducting regular stock checks

  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace

    Additional Information:

  • Immediate Start: Available for qualified candidates

  • Long-Term Employment: Secure, stable work with a reputable company

    Note: This role involves some manual labour, including occasional heavy lifting up to 50KG.
