Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Snetterton
Salary: £12.77 - £13.07 per hour depenent on experience
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 2:30pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and physically capable Warehouse Operative to join our clients friendly team. The role involves regular heavy lifting, container unloading, and forklift operation. A Counterbalance forklift licence is essential, with Flexi/Bendi licence preferred. Due to the nature of the role, a valid UK driving licence is also required.
Key Duties:

  • Unloading containers and handling heavy goods
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Operating Counterbalance and (ideally) Flexi/Bendi forklifts
  • Moving stock around the warehouse safely and efficiently
  • Assisting with stock checks and inventory management
  • Ensuring a clean and organised working environment
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures
    Requirements:
  • Counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
  • Flexi/Bendi forklift licence (preferred)
  • Experience with heavy lifting and manual handling
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience
  • Full UK driving licence (required for occasional driving duties)
  • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
  • Able to work as part of a team and under minimal supervision
