Pay: £13.00 per hour
Location: Scunthorpe
Shifts: 08:00-17:00
Days: Monday-Saturday

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong focus on materials handling, stock management, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Duties

  • Load and unload goods from lorries and containers, ensuring safe handling of materials and working/reworking pallets

  • Operate warehouse management systems, to track inventory levels and manage stock effectively.

  • Perform picking and packing of orders accurately to meet customer requirements.

  • Build and assemble products as necessary, adhering to quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

  • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies when necessary.

  • Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and improve operational processes.

  • Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties within the warehouse.

    Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.

  • Familiarity with materials handling equipment is advantageous.

  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) will be considered an asset.

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift is required.
