We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and test management for a significant IT transformation programme across our banking client's EMEA regions. As Desktop Transformation Test Manager, you will manage the testing of Windows 11 and Office 365 applications and end-user computing solutions, ensuring a seamless transition for 5,500 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead test strategy and manage testing of the whole O365 / W11 transformation programme.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, frameworks, and governance models.
Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and application owners to assess application and EUC compatibility with W11 / O365.
Oversee test planning, execution, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Engage with stakeholders and third party vendors to ensure business continuity and minimal disruption.
Ensure applications and systems meet security, compliance and regulatory requirementsEssential Skills:

Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale (ideally EMEA scale) IT transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, and EUC applications and infrastructure testing.
Expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT facilitation
Ability to manage testing across multiple regions in a complex multi-national environment
Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable Skills:

Experience with automation testing tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and other low-code solutions in the O365 ecosystem
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other IT service management frameworks.
Understanding of risk and compliance requirements related to IT transformations
Experience working the financial services or banking sectorPlease note this is an office based role requiring fully on-site working five days per week in the clients London EMEA HQ based near Moorgate station. This contract is also Inside IR35 and you will be required to contract via an umbrella company on PAYE.
