Software Test Manager
Norwich - Hybrid
Salary - £45-50k
Currently looking for a talented and experienced Software Test Manager to join a new IT team with their QA and testing efforts. If you're passionate and offer strong expertise in software testing, automation and enjoy working on high traffic platforms then this will be just the role for you!
As the Test Manager you will define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for platforms, mobile apps and web applications.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure integration's meet quality standards.
Map and implement an effective testing strategy for Platforms, Web Applications and Mobile Apps.
Promote and adhere to best practices in manual and automated testing.
Work closely with other teams within the business.
Stay up-to-date on all testing trends, updates and techniques.
About You

Proven experience in software testing with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
Must have performance testing experience and have used tools such as JMeter, Gatling or Loadrunner
Hands-on with automation tools (i.e. Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
Familiarity with API testing tools.
Understanding of CI/CD processes.
