Role: Technology Consultant | Career Growth + Strategic Projects

Location: Bridgend (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 DOE

Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business strategy? Do you enjoy solving complex problems, building relationships, and helping organisations transform through smart use of IT? Whether you're actively looking or just quietly curious, this could be the next step you didn’t know you were ready for.

This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that genuinely invests in its people. You'll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team that delivers meaningful change across a wide variety of industries. You’ll be encouraged to think independently, challenge the status quo, and push your own career boundaries, without getting lost in a corporate machine.

What makes this opportunity different?

You’ll be a trusted advisor, not just another tech resource. From the very start, you’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to shape how technology drives real business outcomes.

Hybrid, flexible working is a core part of the culture, designed to give you balance, autonomy, and trust.

No glass ceilings. This company has a track record of fast-tracking careers, with clear pathways into senior consultancy, leadership, or more specialised roles based on your aspirations.

A people-first culture where you’re not just a number. You’ll be supported, challenged, and recognised for what you bring.

What you’ll be doing day to day

Advising senior business leaders on digital transformation and technology strategy

Assessing IT environments and recommending tailored improvements and roadmaps

Leading or supporting the delivery of technology change projects (e.g. cloud migrations, infrastructure overhauls, business applications)

Working across teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, in scope, and with real business impact

Monitoring project outcomes, ensuring solutions are technically robust, secure, and aligned with wider goals

Building long-term client relationships and spotting opportunities for continued partnership

About you

3+ years in IT consulting, project delivery, or technical operations (at least 2nd/3rd line level)

A confident communicator, equally comfortable with C-level conversations and hands-on technical detail

Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms—ideally Microsoft 365, Azure and/or AWS

Experience managing or contributing to technology transformation projects

Passionate about solving problems, improving processes, and helping people use tech to its full potential

Strong organisational skills and a full UK driving licence

What you’ll get in return

£40,000 – £50,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Hybrid working (with flexibility built around you)

Access to strategic projects that genuinely challenge and grow you

Progression opportunities tailored to your goals—consultancy, leadership, technical specialism, or delivery

A high-trust, low-ego environment where initiative is rewarded and your voice matters

Support from a leadership team that prioritises long-term development over short-term wins
