Technical Business Analyst
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid – 2-3 days on-site per week)
Salary: to £55,000 + excellent benefits
Business Analysis, Azure, Azure DevOps, Agile, ERP, 365

We are recruiting for a highly capable Technical Business Analyst to join a leading organisation based in Birmingham. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver business-critical IT solutions across a range of enterprise systems, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
About the Role
As a key member of the IT and Business Transformation team, you will evaluate and optimise existing processes, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and lead the delivery of technology-driven solutions. You’ll be working across multiple departments to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
Core skills & experience for this Technical Business Analyst role;

4+ years' experience in business analysis (ideally within financial/professional services)
Strong stakeholder management and process improvement skills
Hands-on with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365)
Experience across project lifecycles and business system changes
Ideally certified (CBAP, PMP, ITIL)This is a great opportunity to lead high-impact projects in a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.
