£80,000-£85,000

My client is looking for a Tech Lead (or a Senior Developer with line management experience) to join their expanding team and help continue the innovation of their industry leading platform. You’ll be involved in all aspects of their software development lifecycle, driving a team of developers to deliver technical excellence. This role will involve a blend of hands-on coding with line management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

· Work with the senior management team to not only transform requirements into technical features but also help shape the technical direction of the business

· Manage an existing team that is looking to grow further over the coming year

· Build innovative features

· Investigate and adopt new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the company’s products and solution delivery

· Contribute to defining the roadmap and managing its delivery

· Improve ways of working and overall outputs of the software

Essential Requirements

· Demonstrated success in line management

· Extensive experience with C# .NET and JavaScript (React/Typescript)

· Extensive experience in solutions architecture and technical leadership roles, with knowledge of software development across multiple platforms

· Leadership focused on aligning technical solutions with long-term business objectives, contributing to the overall technical strategy and supporting commercial goals.

· Advanced knowledge of (Azure, AWS, etc.).

Advantageous

· Swift programming language.

· Experience building cross-platform mobile applications.

· Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

· Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

· GitHub actions.
