About the role:

We’re looking to hire a Tech Lead to join them in their Bristol, working 3 days per week in their collaborative office environment.

This is a hands-on role, where you’ll be responsible for guiding the team to design and develop solutions, ensuring they are secure, efficient and resilient. You’ll also be providing your expertise to the team, and working closely with product stakeholders on all parts of the product delivery.

Experience we’re looking for:

Experienced in designing and developing full stack solutions with Java, Spring boot and ideally React (or similar)
Microservices Architecture
Messaging technologies e.g Kafka, RabbitMQ OR ActiveMQ
Familiar with Cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
Experienced of working within an Agile Product team alongside scrum masters and product owners
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technically to both technical and non-technical
Confident in coaching/mentoring other team members
