Our client, an expanding consultancy in the defence sector, is seeking a talented and motivated eDV Solutions Architect. This permanent role involves working closely with government clients across Cyber Security, National Security, Law Enforcement, and Telecommunications to develop innovative solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will design, develop and implement solutions that meet specialised requirements while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Facilitate workshops and meetings such as risk analysis, technical design workshops, and requirements elicitation
Design and plan the lifecycle approach for complex projects and programmes
Train and advise clients in Solutions Architecture best practices
Organise and coordinate technical resources and third parties/vendors for effective delivery of projects
Deliver and manage high quality Solution Architecture documentation
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
Build and maintain strong relations with clients and key stakeholders
Analyse, manage, mitigate, and treat risks to reduce impact on projects
Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Provide expert input to bids and proposals, scoping future work
Provide technical leadership and guidance to colleagues and clients

Job Requirements:

DV Clearance
Degree level educated, or significant relevant experience
Experience working as an engineer within IT, infrastructure, networking, systems or related fields
Experience working in a consultancy, systems integrator or public sector organisation
Experience desirable in defence, public sector, national security or law enforcement organisations
Understanding of common tools, standards, and methodologies for delivering systems and solutions (e.g., CI/CD, agile development)
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Outstanding organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location:
