The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale transformation projects, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of end-to-end implementations, driving successful outcomes and acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 programmes and projects, ensuring successful outcomes.

Define, mobilise, and manage scopes of work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.

Coordinate communication and alignment between on-site and offshore teams.

Identify and mitigate risks related to integration and data migration.

Guide stakeholders through all phases of the Validate–Construct–Deploy journey.

Shape delivery and release strategies, offering pragmatic solutions to business constraints.

Anticipate project challenges, propose mitigations, and keep delivery on track.

Identify opportunities for further business development within existing accounts.

Support wider market engagement activities, including proposals and business development.

Mentor, develop, and grow the skills of junior team members.

Build trusted relationships and position yourself as a strategic advisor to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record in Technology & Transformation project management, working across both business and IT teams.

Experience delivering in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Strong knowledge of the full SDLC and end-to-end systems integration.

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance and CE modules.

Solid understanding of integration, data migration, and ERP development lifecycles.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership (CIO, COO, etc.).

Background in working with multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.

Availability to work on-site in Dublin at least 2 days per week.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable outputs.

Ambitious, proactive, and outcome-focused, comfortable working in fast-changing environments.

Strong knowledge of project tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Jira, DevOps).

Recognised project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP).

Consulting experience or experience delivering to multiple clients/customers highly desirable.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
