Position: Senior Data Product Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid - Milton Keynes

Employment Status: Full-Time, Permanent

Package: 80k-90k + bonus + company car allowance

Tria have partnered with a leading construction company to hire a Senior Data Product Manager. This is a strategic leadership role and will involve providing delivery oversight across the company's portfolio of data products.

As part of this brand-new role, you will be responsible for defining and embedding the operating model for data product delivery, driving a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely various departments to prioritise delivery, manage dependencies, and assure quality and pace across all data workstreams.

The position will involve working across key areas such as:

The company are looking for people with the following skills/experience:

· Good experience delivering data and analytics products within complex organisations.

· Proven success driving delivery in modern cloud data environments (preference for Snowflake).

· Experience building or scaling delivery frameworks or operating models for data or digital functions.

· Experience coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams.

· Experience working with Agile methodologies.

· Deep understanding of data lifecycle management, data-as-a-product thinking, and value-driven delivery.

· Proficiency with backlog and workflow tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Confluence).
