I'm looking for a visionary Principal Android Engineer to drive technical excellence across our customer-facing mobile app. This is your chance to shape architecture, mentor top talent, and deliver delightful, high-performance solutions used by millions.

What You’ll Do
Lead technical strategy and architecture across multiple agile teams
Drive adoption of modern Android practices including Jetpack Compose and modular design
Mentor engineers, elevate code quality, and foster a culture of innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly features
Own operational excellence, CI/CD pipelines, and production resilienceWhat You Bring
10+ years in Android development, 3+ years in technical leadership
Expert in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, and system-level optimization
Proven track record of architecting and scaling apps in the Play Store
Deep understanding of clean architecture, testing strategies, and agile methodologies
Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams and disciplinesBonus Skills
Experience with cross-platform code reuse and mobile accessibility standards
Familiarity with AWS mobile services (API Gateway, AppSync, Lambda)
Background in regulated industries like travel or aviation
Passion for performance optimization and data-driven developmenDetails-
