The Role – Account Manager

We're on the lookout for a results-driven Senior Account Manager to take charge of a growing client portfolio. In this role, you'll act as a strategic advisor to our customers, helping them navigate complex IT challenges and recommending tailored solutions that drive real results. Your mission? Deepen client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and guide projects from consultation through to delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys staying ahead of industry trends.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

Manage and grow a defined portfolio of key business clients.
Build trusted relationships through regular meetings, solution reviews, and proactive support.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in line with business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored tech strategies.
Prepare compelling proposals, pricing, and project plans.
Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging IT trends and market developments.
Operate in a hybrid model, with regular in-person collaboration at our Ickenham HQ.Your Profile – Account Manager:

At least 2 years’ experience in B2B account management or IT sales.
Strong technical acumen in areas such as cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity.
A consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Based within commuting distance to Ickenham, due to the collaborative nature of the role.What’s in It for You
