We're on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in London, where innovation and customer success go hand-in-hand.

Our client provides a full suite of services including cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT consultancy, data protection, and connectivity. You’ll be at the heart of delivering these services to a broad and dynamic client base, helping businesses modernise and scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts across multiple sectors
Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions
Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling across the full IT portfolio
Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as an Account Manager within an MSP or VAR environment
Proven track record in selling solutions such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, or Connectivity
Comfortable with both farming and hunting activities – you enjoy nurturing accounts and seeking new ones
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional client service
