Job Title: Recycling Operative
Location: Kings Lynn
Pay Rates: £12.21 per hour
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm, with 30 mins unpaid break

BarkerRoss is currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative for our new client specialising in recycling waste streams for individual clients.

This is a temporary ongoing position… with the potential to join the company following a successful probation period.

This is a new company, with familiar name. Built on decades of experience designing, developing, and manufacturing pulmonary and nasal drug delivery devices, and drug- device combination products, for local and systematic applications.

The main purpose of the Recycling Operative is to work outside with one other person in the team.
Person will be responsible for contributing to Recycling management, processes, and standards on site.

Responsibilities:

· Daily pre-use inspections on all plant and defect reported.
· Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing loads
· Processing contents of wheelie bins into appropriate storage containers
· Maximising value with recycling on site through permitted activities
· Ensuring general housekeeping is maintained on a regular basis.
· Ensure all recycling streams are segregated and stored safely and compliantly.
· Adhering to current company policies, procedures, and legislation
· Working with all regulations set out by the HSE, EA any other regulatory board.

To be successful you will need:

· To be aware that the working areas are often out in all-weather terrain (full PPE issued), often sorting and processing recycling revenue streams outdoors.

· Waste knowledge is preferable but not essential, training will be provided.
