Your work will involve developing and supporting systems that leverage OCR, Object Detection, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate document analysis and decision-making processes. You'll contribute to R&D efforts, integrate solutions into existing platforms, and help drive innovation in digital service delivery.

What You'll Need to Succeed

You'll bring strong technical expertise and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Key skills and experience include:

Technical Proficiency

AI/ML technologies: OCR, Object Detection, LLMs
Libraries: Transformers/Hugging Face, PyTorch, OpenCV, PIL/Pillow, YOLO
Python 3.9+ with OOP, async/await, and debugging techniques
Data tools: Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy/psycopg2
AWS: Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, CDK, SQS, EKS/ECS
API development: FastAPI, Requests, JWT/OAuth

Development Practices

Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), XP techniques (TDD, pair programming)
Infrastructure-as-code and cloud monitoring (e.g., Grafana)
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience supporting production systems and disaster recovery planning

You'll also be expected to contribute to mentoring, team events, and continuous improvement of development processes and service quality.
