Join Our Client Team as a Production Operative
Location: Wetherby
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week), Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: 26K - 27K + Bonus Scheme (subject to company performance)
Benefits: Company Pension | On-Site Parking | 20 Days Holiday + Christmas Closure
Our client, a dynamic and growing manufacturer of high-quality beauty products, is looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Production Duties:

Fill and label containers using manual and semi-automatic machines

Conduct batch coding, carton assembly, and quality control

Assist in bulk product production (ingredient measuring, hot & cold mixing)

Carry out batch sampling and labelling in compliance with GMP standards

Clean production equipment and maintain hygiene standards

Perform regular stock checks and support general production operations
Warehousing Duties:

Transport packaging and finished goods (up to 25kg)

Stack and hand-wrap pallets for dispatch

Operate manual pallet trucks and manage goods movement between sites

Drive company van between business locations

Accept deliveries and collections using warehouse shutter doors

What We're Looking For

Enthusiastic and adaptable individuals with a strong work ethic

High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Previous experience in cosmetics, food production, or similar industries is an advantage (not essential)

Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) preferred

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

Health & Safety

PPE including lab coat, gloves, hair net, and safety boots provided and required at all times in production areas

Hi-vis vests mandatory when operating pallet trucks or handling goods outdoors
