Production Operative

Key Responsibilities:

Carefully wrap pre-made flower bouquets according to packaging standards.

Pack bouquets into boxes or containers for delivery, ensuring secure and attractive presentation.

*

Apply correct labels, tags, and branding to each package.

*

Inspect finished bouquets for quality and presentation before packaging.

*

Work on a fast-paced production line to meet hourly/daily targets.

*

Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with hygiene standards.

*

Assist with general warehouse duties, including handling stock and materials.

*

Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

*

Cooperate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is advantageous but not essential.

*

Ability to work efficiently with hands and maintain consistent attention to detail.

*

Strong team player with a positive and flexible attitude.

*

Comfortable working in a chilled environment.

*

Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting light loads.

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
