Role: PowerBI Consultant

Location: Leeds / Remote

Duration: TBC

Day rate: £350 - £400 outside ir35

My client is searching for a PowerBI consultant to come in and implement and create customer facing reports.

Responsibilities

Utilize the LogicMonitor REST API v3 to integrate, automate, and manage monitoring solutions.
Reference and interpret Swagger documentation to explore API endpoints, models, request/response parameters, and usage examples.
Ensure secure API access by implementing proper authentication methods and versioning via query parameters or headers.
Maintain strict adherence to case sensitivity when passing properties in API request bodies.
Follow best practices for onboarding cloud devices, avoiding NetScan for cloud discovery, and adhering to LogicMonitor's recommended cloud monitoring setup.
Implement efficient data retrieval strategies using offset and size parameters, understanding pagination limits (e.g., 10,000 alert offset limit and 1,000 record size cap).
Handle dynamic response structures for SDT (Scheduled Down Time) and Widget endpoints, adapting to additional fields based on selected types.
Reference and apply model-specific attributes for widgets and SDTs as documented in the Swagger interface.
Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Monitoring teams to streamline monitoring workflows and enhance observability
